NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Regarding the Rezoning of old Spring Grove Trailer Park
BE ADVISED THAT a Public Hearing is scheduled at 1:30 PM during a Special Meeting
of the Board of Supervisors on April 21, 2009. There will also be
Public Hearings at 9 AM on April 28th and May 5th. One of the hearings
may be waived.
The purpose of these hearings is for public comment and discussion
of an Amendment to the Des Moines County Ordinance #34 regarding rezoning
two parcels of land known as the old Spring Grove Trailer Park from
R-1 One Household Residential District to B-1 Business/Commercial
District. The full text of the amendment is available at the Des Moines
County Auditor's Office, 513 N. Main St., Burlington, IA 52601.
