The Des Moines County GIS website uses PV Web as its mapping application.

PV.Web is a web-based application that allows users to navigate, query, and report on spatial and non-spatial information, through the use of simple data queries and pan/zoom interface, or advanced GIS functions. Information is viewed in map and tabular formats.

Browser - It is optimized for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 5 or higher. Pop-up Blocker will need to be disabled otherwise you will not be able to view some of the information on the site.
