      1. Installed a Trane 95% efficient furnace and 5 ton (14SEER) air conditioning system for 4th floor
         
         
      2. AGRA-Based Polyurethane spray insulation foam sprayed on ceiling and west wall of new Assessor's office on 4th floor
         
         
      3. Installed 4 attic fans
         
         
      4. Installing motion sensors on lights on all floors of courthouse
         
         
      5. Replacing 2 and 4 tube T-12 Ballast and T-12 bulbs with2 and 4 tube T-8 Ballast and T- 8 bulbs
         
         
      6. Installing new water heaters or point of use water heaters
         
         
      7. Replacing older refrigerators with new 5 Star Energy refrigerators
         
         
      8. Replacing incandescent lights with compact fluorescents throughout the courthouse
